The Solution
The Southern Highlands Food & Wine Association is a local non-profit organisation. They’re dedicated to promoting and showcasing the outstanding food & wine of the magnificent Southern Highlands of NSW. They also champion the incredible growers behind the produce and the talented makers and creators who put it on the plate and in the glass to tantalise the tastebuds of locals and visitors alike.
Being based in the Southern Highlands, we absolutely love working with local clients, especially when it’s a non-profit organisation run by dedicated and passionate locals – just like us.
We were thrilled to be approached by the Food & Wine Association to help them with a fresh, new rebrand and website after a change in leadership and to support Tourism of the region post bushfires and COVID lockdowns, this work signified the dawn of a new era for all involved. What followed was a hugely rewarding ongoing relationship that developed into the creation and implementation of 2 grants from the NSW Government and NSW Wine, as well as various social media campaigns.
The new brand story that our creative studio came up with highlights the paddock to plate, farm to table philosophies that the producers in the Southern Highlands live and work by. The Association’s aim is to support these producers and highlight the value they bring to the region, positioning the Southern Highlands as a gourmet destination and encouraging people to visit and experience all the delicious offerings for themselves. By creating an inviting brand story that stays true to the Association's regional roots, we’re developing an emotional connection with all who have experienced, or are yet to experience, the bites, sips and sights of this amazing part of regional NSW.
“Just a stone’s throw from Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong and the South Coast, the Southern Highlands is the ultimate gourmet destination. We can’t wait for you to experience it and discover some new local sips, bites and sites that keep you coming back for more.”
