What am I seeing?
Many businesses are pausing to reassess where they stand.
It’s a challenging financial climate, and uncertainty makes decision-making tough. Every day, we witness significant shifts as businesses aim to align today’s modern world. In our regional community, we’re witnessing the shut-down of businesses reminiscent of post-Covid unaffordability, and it’s going to get worse.
Post-Covid, corporates are now mandating a return to the office, reflecting broader changes in what work and life look like today. Now, around 60% of professionals and management regularly work from home, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
In these times, reassessment isn’t just a strategy; it’s a necessary step toward. Care for our businesses and our teams. Around the globe, people are prioritising well-being and reassessing what truly matters. It's normal, it's necessary, and it’s okay to take this moment to reflect on what we need to thrive.
Look at your to-do list and consider your assessment plan. Is it time to reassess your marketing and prioritise it because you’ve put it off for years? Keep doing the same thing and expecting a different result… well, you know it, insanity.

HubSpot X LinkedIn Integration
HubSpot’s Smart CRM now works with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This integration streamlines data sharing between the platforms, helping sales teams stay organised and focused on closing deals. 🤝🏻
The way businesses find customers has evolved. Traditional business development practices like cold email are nearly dead, search marketing is declining, consumer trust has tanked, and crap AI generated content has drowned authenticity and originality.
People to rely more on individuals than companies for their purchases. I’ve said it for a very long time: People buy from people.
Where do you find real people? LinkedIn. This new integration has great features including real time data integration, updating CRM records quickly with little effort and recording LinkedIn actions in HubSpot.
Selling With Organic Content On Insta
Got followers and want to turn them into buyers, using organic content only? Then you’ve got some work to do and this framework will help you achieve your goals:
Proudly Boast: It’s ok to say you’ve achieved great things to show off your creds. The key to winning here is sharing real results - what was the problem your customer had and how did you solve that problem? 🤭
Tell Stories: People won’t remember what you said, they remember how you made them feel. What emotional connection can you create by telling a real story, a personable story about you & your journey? People love a ‘how did you get there?’ story. 🗣️
Be Direct: You’ve got a product to sell, don’t forget to showcase it! Focus on the transformation your customers can expect and always include a call to action. With short attention spans, social reading is fast - tell your audience specifically what you want them to do. 👀

Custom Training for the Dairy Industry
I recently had the pleasure of presenting at a two-day dealer meeting with DeLaval Australia as a key speaker.
DeLaval is a global organisation providing integrated solutions designed to improve dairy producers' production, animal welfare and overall quality of life.
I was covering a range of marketing insights, focusing on why marketing strategies are essential and emphasising the importance of purpose-driven content. My presentation also included practical how-to guides, ensuring attendees left with actionable knowledge to apply in their operations. My audience and content relevant to them is crucial - I wasn’t talking to office-bound suits or seasoned marketers, I was talking regional, farming and community relationships. 👩🏼🌾
I’m so proud of the wide range of industries I work with and this session is a prime example of how custom training can be tailored to each client’s needs.

Brand Rollout: Why Applying Your Brand Correctly Across All Channels is So Important to Success
Maintaining consistency is key to building a strong brand. But how do you ensure everyone on your team is on the same page? Sasha’s latest blog dives into the world of Brand Guidelines, your secret weapon for unified branding. From small tweaks to major overhauls, learn how to roll out your brand smoothly and effectively. Whether you’re refreshing your look or establishing new standards, this guide has everything you need to keep your brand sharp and consistent.
My caveat to this: just because there are brand guidelines doesn’t mean most people know how to use them correctly and create greatness. There is a skill in design. We talk about ingredients - just because you have all the right ingredients doesn’t make you a MasterChef. 🙅🏼♀️

Toys ‘R’ Us Delivers First Sora Ad - and it’s good
Retailer Toys ‘R’ Us is the first brand to use Sora, OpenAI’s highly anticipated text-to-video tool, for its advertising. Sora can create up to one-minute-long videos featuring realistic scenes and multiple characters, all generated from text instruction. 🤯
You really need to see this beautiful ad to appreciate what’s been created from a text instruction. The blog itself highlights some of the challenges in the process and well worth the read. Personally, I love it. Of course AI is on a journey and it will evolve. The purists of course, are gonna hate. FFS, take it for what it is.
