Dear Banter Community,
It's incredibly hard to share this significant news about Banter Group. After much contemplation, I have decided to close down our beloved agency. This has been one of the hardest decisions of my life 💔. Our last day will be Thursday 29th August 2024.
I’m immensely proud of everything we’ve achieved together over nearly 8 years. It’s simply time for me to do something different with my life. I remain within the Southern Highlands region and will be spending more time with my family as a present parent.
I took a huge leap of faith to start a business in regional Australia, that then endured a horrific bushfire season that surrounded our villages and communities and promptly threw us into a global pandemic within our first three years. As we all reassess what we want from our lives, I too have reassessed what I want, and what my family needs. I’ll be taking a break from the industry as a whole.
They say it’s business. It’s never been that for me and the sentimental Taurean soul that lives within me will carry love for Banter, its people and its clients for decades to come. The response from our clients has been overwhelmingly positive and supportive, and they continue as beautiful clients through this transition phase.
There will be no greater joy than having time to spend my days enjoying the brands the Banter team have crafted, created, nurtured and developed.
We have chosen to celebrate our achievements with this ‘little’ highlights reel. It’s not so little at all and demonstrates the core of who we are - a collective of humans that Banter has been.
